HMS Bristol Association Extraordinary General Meeting
Notice is hereby given to the Membership of THE HMS BRISTOL ASSOCIATION that an Extraordinary General Meeting will take place in the WO & GI’s Association Mess, Whale Island, Portsmouth, commencing at 1600 hrs, Saturday 15th September 2018. It is hoped that as many of the Membership will attend and as such you are requested to forward your details, including vehicle registration, colour, make and model to the Interim Membership Secretary, Mike Tuttiett by email to [email protected]. A full Agenda will be provided in due course. This will hopefully be followed with a visit and tour of HMS Bristol, with the Commanding Officer David Price’s permission.
Notice is also given that a Reunion is to be held in the WO & GI’s Association Mess, Whale Island, Portsmouth, commencing at 1900hrs, Saturday 15th September 2018.
Entertainment, victuals and beverages will be made available. As at the 2016 Reunion, Association Members plus one Guest will be permitted “Free of Charge”,
additional Guests and non-Association Members, including former members of the Ship’s Company (All Commissions) will be charged the nominal fee of £10.00 per head.
A maximum of number of 100 will be allowed and tickets allocated on a ‘first come first served basis’. Details of those wishing to attend and any guests, along with vehicle details where appropriate (vehicle registration, colour, make and model) should be forwarded to the Interim Membership Secretary, Mike Tuttiett by email to [email protected].
