Welfare and Wellbeing
If you, or someone you are supporting, needs urgent support and are at immediate risk, please call Police or Ambulance on 999 or, for advice, via 101. Alternatively refer to your local Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) (England and Wales) or the Local Child/Adult Services, who will liaise with Protection Committees (Scotland).
You can access local support and a large number of organisations immediately via the Veteran’s Gateway
The welfare and wellbeing of our shipmates is why the RNA was created.
The Royal Navy has changed considerably since the RNA began 75 years ago, and the Association adapts to these changes to remain relevant to our members.

This email account is not monitored 24/7 – for any urgent concerns follow the guidance at the top of the page.
The RNA remains, to this day, the arm around the shoulder of those who need it. There is much we do to support our members. Many leaving the Service today can still have a full and long working career outside of the Navy, and the Association will be by their side throughout.
The support the RNA can offer to members through our dedicated volunteers can take various forms, from a cuppa and a catch-up, branch welfare and wellbeing events, signposting and support for those who need it – contact your local branch, or Central Office: [email protected]
For more urgent or serious issues please see the advice at the top of this page.
