Are you leaving the Naval Service?
As a member of the RNA, you will find that a network of help, contacts and friendly advice from your shipmates is never far away. With over 300 branches across the UK and overseas there is bound to be a branch close to your home.
How we can help
Our 20,000 members will give you all the guidance and support you need – whether it’s worries about resettling in civvy street, financial concerns, personal welfare matters or looking at job options and how to make the most of your skills for the future. If you have a family, we offer support to them too, and we will make sure you know how to access all the services available in your local community, such as health services and housing.
Meet up with shipmates
Just like you, we take great pride in the time we've spent in the Naval Service. Because we know what it’s like to go back into civilian life, we are in a great position to help you make the most out of your new life and make you feel at home in your local community. As well as getting practical and welfare advice, you will meet lots of like-minded people at our social events, or you can just pop in for a quiet chat with a fellow shipmate. At the RNA you’ll always meet a friendly face who talks your language.
As a service leaver your first year’s membership is paid for; you are in fact already a member! So why not make the most of this opportunity?
We’d love to hear from you
If you haven't already received your membership card and invitation to meet your local branch either from us or your resettlement officer, please contact Andy at HQ on 023 9272 0782
